HR Reward Analyst - Manchester
National organisation based in the North West, are looking for a HR Reward Analyst to join their team. As a fast growing business with ambitious future plans, the attraction and retention of good people plays an important role in the remit of the HR function, and rewarding them appropriately is the key.
Responsibilities include:
? Support the production of reward information for HR and the business
? Establish information sources for use in analytical work
? Support the development, set up and maintenance of modelling databases and other systems
? Analyse and interpret information from a wide range of sources
? Produce reports/presentations
The successful candidate will have:
? proven track record in analysis
? be proficient in MS Excel and Access
? be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) with excellent numerical and analytical skills
? be self motivated and highly organised.
? Have good written and verbal communication
