The role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the objective of the role is to contribute to the management of all aspects of the company's Human Resource activities, including:
Maintain and implement the HR strategy defined in the Company Vision
Function as a member of HR Strategy team, Facilities team, Information Strategy team and various project teams, acting as stakeholder on agreed projects
Provide support and guidance to all managers on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary procedures and the implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
Identify and propose suggestions for improvements to HR team, HR processes, HR policies or company processes and procedures
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:
Good academic qualifications, degree preferred
Chartered Institute of Personnel Development qualified or part-qualified
Excellent communication, employee and supplier handling skills
Smart and presentable
Self motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Ability to work successfully in a team
Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
Experience of using Windows software packages (MS Office preferred)
The package
This is dependent upon level of experience, between £30,000.00 pa and £40,000.00 pa. In addition, My client provides a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, subsidised health-club membership and a modern, forward-thinking working environment.
