Job Description
Human Resources Officer, Wakefield, West Yorkshire - 40K+
Human Resources Officer

Each role is unique, based on the site that the HRM supports, but you need to be the supporting hand that guides the client group through HR processes as well as the restraining hand that enforces HR policies.
This is a generalist HR role, working with in partnership with the site/functional senior management team to provide a quality generalist HR service to a site (or multi-site) based client group of up to 700 employees.
The role works as part of the wider HR team and has responsibility for implementing Company HR strategy and programmes at a local level and for providing input and feedback into HR Centres of Expertise as required.
" To understand and utilize all our clients recruitment and selection tools and processes to manage all site's resourcing needs.
" To proactively provide a professional HR advisory service to site based team.
" To develop and own the annual site HR plan and ensure its implementation.
