Job Description

Reporting to the Water & Environment Manager, the applicant will be newly or recently MSc qualified in Hydrogeology or a similar subject. Duties will include a mix of field and office work, including supervision of borehole drilling/testing, contractor supervision, monitoring and sampling, data analysis, technical reporting, Environment Agency and client liaison. There will be regular travel within the UK (and possibly overseas) for fieldwork (driving licence required).

Qualifications/Skills Required

The ideal candidate will:
•Be newly or recently MSc qualified in Hydrogeology or similar subject
•Have experience in direct client liaison and contractor supervision
•Have proven technical report writing skills with an excellent command of the English language
•Be able to work effectively as part of a team
•Need to demonstrate a mature and confident outlook
•Be an excellent communicator
•Be willing to undertake regular field work and travel within the UK
•Have a current driving licence
