Implementation Engineer
Act as the primary liaison between the Customer's technical team, Project Manager and the whole NetCracker technical team. The Implementation Engineer should be conversant with all aspects of requirements gathering and mapping, software delivery and implementation in complex environments throughout the implementation project. Develop the plan for the product configuration, implementation, test operations and acceptance and participate in technical requirements gathering and mapping them onto NetCracker system functionality.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Favored candidates will have enterprise-level application software, technical implementation experience and expertise in applying technology to meet customer needs. He/She will also have IT networking or Telecommunications general experience (e.g. ATM, DSL, IP/MPLS, DWDM/OADM, SONET/SDH/PDH, DMR, VPN, FR, etc.), experience with relevant telecom BSS/OSS applications and knowledge of SW platforms on OS (NT, UNIX), RDBMS (Oracle) and Application Servers (BEA WebLogic) levels. Must have expertise in J2EE development tools and techniques and data migration methodologies and tools knowledge.

Ability to travel extensively for varying periods of time.
