Our client is looking for an Implementation Specialist to be responsible for the planning, configuration and delivery of web services to the companies clients. You will be required to follow a process of requirement gathering, site configuration, testing and delivery and is responsible for project planning and control. The role will demand a large element of project management of client agency, internal deliverables and technical website configuration. You will therefore have an proven background and excellent understanding of corporate travel practices as well as an understanding of a Operational/GDS/travel management company environment. You will have strong project management skills, excellent communications (verbal, written) skills, with 3 years experience of customer-facing responsibilities. You will have general web technology skills (web, HTML, general network technology), basic understanding of database structures with experience of implementing web based solutions.·Fluency in French is essential for this role.
