Essential requirements involves:
- To understand and interpret a creative brief
- To create cutting edge, high impact and usable online design to the highest possible standard
- To inspire and lead a hard working and dedicated team
- You will have exceptional Illustrator & Photoshop skills
- Skills in After Effects & Flash animation would be advantageous
