Our intellectual property practice in Europe and Asia is concerned with all aspects of intellectual property law, inluding patents, copyright designs and related rights, trade marks and passing-off. We have a long and successful history in all forms of intellectual property litigation coupled with a strong non-contentius practice. We continue to be involved in many of the largest patent actions. We provide advice on agreements that deal either exclusively with intellectual property rights or intellectual property rights in the wider context of larger commercial transactions. We also offer tailored, strategic advice on the impact of such rights on the businesses of our clients.

The role:
Our Intellectual Property Team is looking for proven and ambitious solicitors to join them.

IP
Candidates will be 3-4 years qualified, with top quality experience in patent litigation.
Candidates must have a science background (chemistry or biochemistry preferred).



Experience required:
Articles served or relevant experience with a top City Firm are normally required.

Evidence of practice in a relevant area of work.

Candidates will need to display an ability to take responsibility, to have excellent interpersonal skills and be team players. It is vital that they are able to communicate with individuals at all levels within the firm, and to maintain sound client relationships.
