Title - Interim HR Project Consultant
Location - Edinburgh or London
Salary Range - £20K to
£35K
Type - 6 month interim contract
This is a challenging role with good development opportunity. Working as part of a team you will be involved in designing and delivering HR projects and change programmes. This a pure projects based position and as such you will be involved in running exciting projects simultaneously including reward, recruitment and retention initiatives. Key elements of the role will include: Effectively measuring HR activity and value add utilising MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms. Engaging stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of initiatives. Your experience should include Technical HR knowledge and at least 3 years HR generalist experience gained in a consultancy environment.
