Professional Services Category Manager
NQC are a supplier of interim staff to the public sector and urgently require someone who can be Responsible for the management of Professional Services category within Central Government organisation.
• Develop and establish Category Management strategy for Professional Services (Interim, Contractor and Consultancy)
• Research options for sourcing strategies for Professional Services
• Implement Sourcing strategies
• Management of OJEO Procurement for Developed Strategy
Qualifications/Skills Required
Skills and experience required for the role
Mandatory
• Experience of Professional Services Category within the public or private sector.
• Experience of developing dynamic strategies for sourcing of professional Services
• Sound knowledge the Interim and Contracting Market place
• Knowledge of existing Government Frameworks such as Catalist
• Experience of managing OJEU procurement exercises for Professional Services.
Highly Desirable
• Experience/understanding and knowledge of procurement procedures
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good team-worker with a willingness to share information
• Ability to show initiative and work without supervision
Valid SC or CTC Security Clearance is highly desirable
