Job Description

MSB Supply Chain Management, a leading recruitment company specialising in purchasing and supply chain vacancies are looking for a proven supply chain professional with a strong background in automtive or engineering. Responsible for assessing and controlling the total parts requirement for a project, through liaison with engineering, build and the supply chain.
Agreeing a supply plan and monitoring useage.
Additionally to react to any changes of plan and to take any action required.
To ensure that parts delivery matches the department's requirements by the required date, through liaison with the supply chain. To react to engineering updates and modify demand, cancel previous demand if necessary and complete stock disposal forms as required. Develop and recommend actions to contain and control parts supply within budget. Computer literate, in particular with all Microsoft products. In depth knowledge of MRP, Planning, Purchasing and Manufacturing systems. Previous involvement of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain processes, within an ERP environment.
