Job Description

MSB Supply Chain Management, a specialist purchasing and supply chain recruitment company have a position for an IT Procurement Manager.
The IT Procurement Manager supports the management and procurement of third party contracts for the IT Team. This will be delivered by:·
Modifying, maintaining and enforcing the procurement policy for third party contracts·
Leveraging Procurement relationships where appropriate·
Providing excellence in terms of the ongoing management of current third party suppliers·
Provide excellence in leading and/or supporting the negotiation of new or renewal contracts with third party suppliers including SLA's, deliverables, payment terms, enforcement clauses etc.
Delivering a costing model that drives in quality in terms of delivery but drives down cost by leveraging all relationships·
Ensuring compliancy on bids, on licences and against budget.·
functional lead on eProcurement ordering system and eProcurement amendments Future enhancements and system changes, EProcurement implementation with European Branches
