MSB Supply Chain on behalf of their client have an interim position for an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager with a strong technology and Telecomms background. This is an URGENT position and interviews are on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. The objective of the project is to develop and promote innovative approaches to procurement and market analysis with direct involvement in setting up new methods of service delivery to achieve Best Value in procurement. The successful candidate will possess the skills to advise, direct and participate in the procurement process from preparation of the business case through the preparation of tender documentation, the tendering process, the evaluation and analysis of tender responses to the contract award and implementation ensuring compliance with Best Value, Audit Regulations, Contract Standing Orders and European Union Procurement Legislation. 3 years procurement experience and a CIPS diploma are Prefered
