Team Leader or Sales Manager sought to work in Southampton for The UK s leading IT Recruitment Organisation. This position would suit a particularly confident high performing Consultant / Team Leader who wishes to get their 1st opportunity as a Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a major player, where excellent career opportunities exist. This is a position for very driven people who ultimately want to become board directors in a market leader. In order to apply for this position you MUST have the following: 1) Have spent at least 2 years in IT Recruitment & 2) Proven experience developing new consultants. You will also receive a market leading benefits plan including Pension, Life, Dental, health etc. Your total package will be between £60 - 80,000 OTE in your 1st year, however in your 2nd and 3rd years you will be targeted towards a salary of £100-150,000. Base Salary Negotiable.
