IT Support Services Operations Manager £30k - £38k (depending on exp)
My client a successful IT outsourcing company based in South London is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join a successful and growing team. Successful candidate will have previous exposure to project management, client management, Quality Management and stock control. You will have previous experience in dealing with Managed Services from an Operations aspect, and you will be confident in understanding about laptops/servers/newtorks/systems etc, so you are confident in dealing with end users/Clients /Engineers/Staff etc so you are in a better position to make informed decisions for the Company/Clients benfit to enable the company to meet required and desired standards.
Main duties include:
* To co-ordinate operations activities with the MD
* To co-ordinate sales activities
* To assume direct management of the Operations team
* To co-ordinate technical and project activities with the Technical team
* Managing and co-ordinating Engineers diaries and dispatching to Client sites
* Oversee and adhere to ISO9001
Successful candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines, be innovative, pro-active and forward thinking. A PRINCE accreditation is desirable, however exposure to ISO9001 is essential. You will have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role. A background in IT is advantageous but not essential.
