My NHS client urgently require an Support Specialist to help users develop and identify their needs, provide advice and guidance on software / hardware products within the approved product set, according to the users needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware troubleshooting, testing and diagnosing system and software faults throughout the Service with a view to resolution within a sliding window time frame.
