Job Description

Skills: Enthusiastic and professional IT Trainers are urgently sought for 3-6 month contract opportunities, immediately across London and Birmingham, then nationally, supporting the rollout of a new public-sector IT application. Your clients will have limited previous professional experience of IT systems, so your ability to professionally deliver face-to-face training will be tested thoroughly. Previous training experience is preferred (eg. MS Office, Lotus Notes, any Doc Management system, ERP) however confident IT-savvy candidates with Helpdesk or Application Support backgrounds looking to move into Training will also be considered. Being training excellent communication and inter-personal skills are vital in order
