Italian speaking customer Services Operator
Leading European online betting company seeks an Italian speaking Customer Services Advisor to join their expanding team. Your responsibilities will include administering customer accounts, support via internet and phone, resolving connection/technical issues, and providing general information about the game rules. The successful candidate will have experience with working in a customer services environment, preferably within an online gaming environment. Only candidates with fluency in ITALIAN and ENGLISH will be considered for this position (additional European languages an advantage).
