Job Description
MSB Supply Chain Management, a specialist recruitment company in the field of procurement have a position for a procurement co-ordinator for their blue chip, FTSE 100 client.
· To negotiate with external suppliers to achieve the right quality, time, price, quantity and place.
· To manage use of Procurement Services and processes and report accordingly.
· Prepare and dispatch correspondence, without supervision, where the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager has delegated authority.
· Deal with procurement enquiries from internal customers .
· To process requisitions to quality, time, price, quantity, place and from an approved source.
· Dealing with both internal and external customers to ensure service levels are achieved.
· Arrange meetings as required
· Produce correspondence, reports, presentation material etc. Using the most effective computer applications.
· Attend regular ad-hoc procurement meetings, produce timely and accurate agendas, minutes and associated documentation.
· Collate information and KPI achievement data for regular and ad-hoc procurement reports and produce draft report
