Job Description
Property Business Group are looking for a Inspector of Works to Control contractors engaged on building and civil engineering works, maintain records, attend site meetings as required, deal with site queries, and liaise with design teams.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will have had construction supervision of high quality multi disciplinary building projects, airports, offices, some building services experience covering installation and commissioning.
You will need to be Methodical, good record keeper, good communicator, strong personality, diplomatic (when necessary), reliable.
