Legal Services Officer - West sussex
Legal Services officer working with one of the UK's leading Tour Operators in West Sussex. You will be working within the Customer Relations department for the Sussex based Tour Operator. The role is to ensure the dealing of all customer focused legal communications in compliance with company working practices.
Responsibilities:
- To resolve/defend ABTA Arbitrations
- Acknowledging insurance issues
- Assessment and resolution of County Court Claims, Arbitrations, personal injury, ABTA and all legal correspondence
- Liaising with Customer Relations Manager
- Assist with any general enquiries from agents, ABTA, Solicitors, Insurers, Suppliers, resort staff and Client.
- Providing assistance in the day to day running of the Customer Relations Department
- Adopt a Supervisory role in the absence of the Customer Relations Manager
Skills required:-
- Min. 3 yrs experience in a legal role within the travel industry
- Experience of County Court claims handling/procedures
- Experience of ABTA Code of Conduct
- Experience of Holiday Package Regulations
- Experience of Arbitration procedures
- Experience of Customer Relations and other systems utilised in legal services
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
