Manager, Client Services (Premium and Promotional Market Agency) London

Our client is an industry-leading premium and promotion marketing agency and the UK office is now looking to appoint the above position. Our client?s services range from strategy, concept development, product design/engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing and implementation of custom premium and promotional merchandise in the entertainment and interactive media spaces. Delivering over 100 million premiums annually to more than 70 clients in over 100 countries. An entrepreneurial and hands on approach management team with business units operating in 10 major markets worldwide.

Must have 10+ years agency and/or brand experience working in the areas of marketing, sales, account management, client service and product development. Successful candidate will have a strong understanding in both custom premium and merchandise promotion industry, as well as experience in entertainment licensing, will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying potential clients and strategic partners, developing overall strategies, concept, presentations and proposals for current clients, and work with global pitch team in new business development.

The right candidate will be a great relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset, an effective communicator with a great passion for premiums and promotions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-national environment.

Skills needed include:

Develop strategic promotional, brand oriented, kids, teens and adult focused premium and merchandise programs for both regional and global brands
Knowledgeable in all areas of development including strategic planning, product and packaging, safety requirements, client and licensor approvals and schedules
Experienced in entertainment licensing with film studios, new media and game companies, and partner tie-ins
Experienced with the retail environment in creating in-store marketing and account specific programs, a plus Experienced in managing any of the clients verticals including, QSR, CPG, Beverage, Tobacco, Automobile, Health/Personal Care, Banking, Retail and Hospitality and Airline Services etc.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Key responsibilities include provide day-to-day program management, build and maintain client relationships while providing excellence in service, work closely with pitch team to concept premium ideas, write presentation materials and develop marketing and sales strategies, communicate effectively with client and licensor during all stages of program development to final delivery. Work with business development team in lead

generation, agency pitches, strategic development and program execution. Primary goal is to help company realize rapid, sustainable, and accountable revenue growth. Proactively seek to improve client service and program effectiveness, implement Best Practice to achieve operation and organizational efficiency.
