· To organise, market and promote internationally famous Latin Dance festivals in the UK. Manage a small team and report directly to the Company MD

Qualifications/Skills Required

You must posses the following:
· Be a self starter type with a sharp commercial outlook.
· Experience of marketing strategy, planning and execution of a major event.
· Events management experience.
· Dynamic thinker with excess ideas and energy.
· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of online marketing and SEO.
· A history of creative “outside the box” thinking.
· Excellent copyrighting & Newsletter composition skills.
· First class organisation and time management skills.
· Be able to multi-task and manage time and priorities effectively.
· Be able to identify opportunities and actively seek to develop new opportunities, resulting in new revenue opportunities.
· Experience of managing tight budgets.
· Some experience of website development.
