With the Mortgage Industry fast becoming the biggest growing sector within the Financial Service the demand for the role of the Mortgage Advisor as become much needed.

As from 2004, The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has strictly and thoroughly been regulating the Mortgage Market and as a result, you will have to be a fully qualified Mortgage Broker, Adviser or Consultant with a Full CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice i.e. CeMAP 1, 2 & 3), therefore our core purpose is to assist you in achieving it.

THE AVERAGE ON TARGET EARNINGS FOR A QUALIFIED MORTGAGE BROKER IS £50,000+ in the 1st year of working. This is clear factual information


• We offer individual Training, by only allowing a maximum of 12 Candidates (to ensure individual tutoring)

• We have and overall pass rate of 100% (Every Candidate that has joined us has passed with their Full CeMap.

• We have a first time Pass Rate of 89%
