***MULTI-LINGUAL TRAVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - South London - £17k, 6 month contract***
This well known Travel Company based in South London are looking for an experienced Multi-Lingual Customer Service Agent to assist them in their call centre on a contract basis for 6 months to start immediately.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via email, fax and telephone and ensure that service levels are adhered as per the individual client
- Maintaining a polite and professional telephone to ensure that customer satisfaction is met at all times
- Data entry and processing orders and documentation where relevant
Essentially you must have:
- German and Dutch or Italian languages in addition to English to be fluent both spoken and written
- Proven track record in a Customer Service environment as well as office administration experience
- Clear, confident and professional telephone manner
- Be well organised, have a good eye for detail and be a team player
This role is to start IMMEDIATELY. The hours are 37.5 hours per week between hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday.
