The client is a large organisations based in the heart of London who are actively seeking an experienced network support analyst. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Essential skills will include Windows 2000/2003, MCP, MCSE certification and a good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS and SNMP. A good knowledge of the Compaq/HP server range and experience of Compaq/HP server hardware maintenance is essential. experience with Veritas Netbackup, Veritas BackupExec, tape libraries accompanied by experience of installing and configuring Veritas Cluster Servers and Storage area networks is required. experience of installing and configuring VMWare, ESX server and Virtual centre and Perl scripting is also required.
