Job Description
New Business sales of database marketing and customer insight services to: Consumer Financial Services and Travel & Leisure.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of the core proposition, which is:
"We help businesses achieve the objectives of the direct marketing / consumer communication activities"
You will have presence, business acumen and personality to be considered a peer by directors and senior managers, in large prospect and client organisations. A minimum of 3 years in New business Sales, this must be in at least one of:
Campaign management application software vendor. Business intelligence software or services software company, with detailed exposure to the marketing function.
A good understanding of marketing in general and direct marketing in particular. Knowledge of the value created by the core elements of the divisions proposition, as described above. General awareness of key business metrics and drivers for various ownership models. You must be able to read and interpret company reports.
The successful candidate will be a tenacious, lateral thinker. Excellent sales process management, coupled with integrity and the ability to perform under pressure.
