A recently qualified Architect or Part II Architectural Assistant hoping to complete their Part III with good design skills is sought to work on bespoke residential developments specifically for the retirement market. Each development is designed to suit the site and surrounding environment meaning that each development is different and offers new challenges.
This company offers good training and career development opportunities. For a Part II assistance will be given to enable you to become fully qualified.
For an Architect and the right candidate a package of at least £35000 will be given and this will consist of salary, bonus and car allowance/car.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will be an RIBA qualified Architect or a qualified Part II Architectural Assistant working towards Part III. There is a real focus on delivering high quality designs so you will be a design-focused Architect/Assistant and have proven design skills.
Ideally with residential experience you will be experienced in planning applications, submissions and securing consents. You will also be proficient in AutoCAD and should be commercially motivated to produce quality designs within compact time constraints. You will ideally have knowledge of the Town Planning system and have strong presentation skills.
