An excellent opportunity to develop a career in noise and vibration within a multidisciplinary consultancy. We are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic junior acoustician to join our acoustics team working on an interesting and varied range of projects. Responsibilities will include on site noise and vibration monitoring; initial data analysis and reporting duties. There may also be an element of client contact on site. If you possess a full driving licence, a flexible attitude and are prepared to work hard then this consultancy can offer the training, mentoring and commitment to develop a first class consultancy career.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Applicants should have an Acoustics or related degree, and ideally you should have some fieldwork experience and an understanding of noise legislation, guidance and software required for Noise Assessments or Environmental Statements. However, recent graduates with no relevant experience will also be considered.
Membership of the Institute of Acoustics is desirable but not essential, although a willingness to study towards the Institute of Acoustics Diploma would be advantageous.
