Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for our client who are a large organisation in the Social Care industry.
You will be responsible for running a large nursing home at the North end of Kent that caters for the needs and medical requirements of young patients with a physical disability, therefore you must have the relevant experience required which is an RGN qualification, 1 years experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a home along with a sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000.
The type of person you will be is self motivated with strong leadership skills and a no nonsense approach whilst maintaining a caring and patient attitude.
