Point Nine Recruitment-The Care Specialists are seeking a fantastic, dynamic Manager to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of this residential care home that caters for a large number of elderly service users with dementia, and also the home's staff team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
RGN (essential)
RMA (Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:
at least 10 years in the care sector
Preferably experience as a Deputy Manager
Knowledge of Inspection reports, training, care planning, recruitment & selection, staff rotas, appraisals and CSCI standards.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Sense of humour
Outgoing and able to relate to all types of staff and residents and relatives
Open to change and new ideas
High standards of care
Team worker as well as good management skills
Diligent, honest and trsutworthy.
