Due to the rapid growth of its activities in Cyprus, the Company is seeking to recruit a secretary. The job holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the office.
Job Description
• Answering the phone
• Type letters as requested
• Dealing with messengers, DHL and other associates
• Office supplies control
Qualifications/Skills Required
Job Requirements
• A diploma/certificate on Secretarial Studies although not required will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Accounting experience will be considered advantageous
• Previous experience in secretarial positions
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
