Job Description
Our specialist travel client based in the centre of Manchester are currently looking for an experienced manager to oversee their busy office. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the travel industry of which at least 12 months will have been in a similar office manager position. Primarilly you will be one of the most senior consultants in the team, and take on extra responsibilities to help the existing manager run the office more efficiently. Working in reservations you will be required to book package holidays and city breaks to the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia), and handle all request for tailor-made travel with flights, hotel accommodation, car hire and specialist tours. As office manager you will also be heavily involved in the operations and administration side of the business, and liase with external suppliers whenever required. A general interest in travel to the Baltic States would definitely prove an advantage along with a good working knowledge of the Amadeus booking system. In return you can expect an excellent basic salary plus bonus, and the opportunity to work sociable hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
