Our Client, a Russian-based Finance and Investement Company, are looking to recruit an Office Manager for their operations in Limassol.
The company will be involved in financial operations (buying and selling bonds, shares, promissory notes and other securities, paying the corporate capitals, lending and borrowing funds).
Responsibilities:
Office administration
Filing and records keeping
Receiving telephone calls, mails, e-mails
Following the instructions in financial operations
Preparation of initial financial documentation
Translating of company documentation
Qualifications/Skills Required
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Friendly and professional manner
Fluent Russian and English speaker, Greek considered an advantage
