We urgently require full time Customer Service Assistants to work within the European team handling all inbound queries via telephone and email and to assist in the despatch and fulfilment of all inbound sales
You will be dealing with with a wide range of customers buying tickets for Sport, Theatre and Concerts across the UK and Europe
Working Hours are 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern between 9.00am and 8.00pm in 7 hour shifts each day.
Key Job Accountabilities
Handling inbound telephone calls and email communication
Handling/resolving customer complaints and general queries
Liaising with ticket brokers/ticket sellers to source tickets and provide ongoing support
Processing all inbound ticket sales, ensuring seller packs are distributed in line with department targets
Processing international ticket orders
Assisting with distribution of post and despatches via Post Office and daily Royal Mail collection
Lunch cover on reception (on a rota basis)
The Candidate(s)
Self motivated individual(s) with excellent telephone skills, who have a flexible attitude, portray drive and enthusiasm with the determination to succeed and who work well within a team environment
Skills Required
- At least 1 -2 years previous experience in a Customer Services background.
- Experience of working within tight deadlines and working towards targets
- A good eye for detail and good problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of the Entertainment and Leisure Industry
- Strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Windows based applications including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Desirable skills but not essential
- Previous experience in the ticketing industry or entertainment background
