Location: Google EU Headquarters, Dublin
Are you a new or recent (less than 2 yrs) graduate? Would you enjoy helping customers get most out of their advertising efforts? Would you like to be expert at satisfying clients by exceeding expectations? AdWords, Google's innovative online advertising program, is looking for people to provide optimal client service experience to their advertisers.
Use your passion for Internet and provide excellent customer service to manage AdWords advertisers' online accounts. Google has established strong presence in both Europe/Asia and is rapidly expanding its international operations. AdWords Coordinators will join team of talented, effective and fun communicators and must be extremely proactive, organised and responsible.
Responsibilities include - Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers - Thoroughly analyse ad content, quality and accuracy - Approve / disapprove new and changed ad submissions - Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems - Respond to customer service inquiries by email - Optimise advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximise advertisers' ROI - Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements - Detail-oriented; ability to complete large volume of work quickly - Some customer service/client service experience - Passionate about Internet - BA/BS degree (ideally 2:1)or equivalent - Strong IT applications skills - Excellent English written & verbal communication skills - Graduating/ed from good quality University (with degree in any subject) you will have demonstrated strong academic performance and be able to show diverse range of interests and experiences - With open and engaging personality you will be good humoured and have can do positive attitude.
