Our client, leading Internet Serach Engine provider with innovative online advertising program, is seeking people to provide optimal client service experience to their advertisers, with role based at their new European HQ in DUBLIN.
Use your passion for Internet and providing excellent customer service to manage advertisers' online accounts. Client has established strong presence in both Europe & Asia & is rapidly expanding its international operations. You will join team of talented, effective & fun communicators & should be extremely proactive, organized & responsible.
Responsibilities include - Provide excellent customer service to advertisers - Thoroughly analyse ad content, quality & accuracy - Approve or disapprove new & changed ad submissions - Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns & technical problems - Respond to customer service inquiries by email - Optimise advertiser keyword lists & ads in order to maximise advertisers' ROI - Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback & satisfaction.
You MUST have - detail-oriented skills - Ability to complete large volume of work quickly - Some customer service/client service experience - Passion about Internet - Bachelor degree or higher (at least 2:2) - Strong IT applications skills - Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
Graduating from traditional University (with degree in any subject) you will have demonstrated strong academic performance & be able to show diverse range of interests & experiences. With open & engaging personality you will be good humoured & have can-do positive attitude.
