Key Outcomes
o Managing the delivery of support services to meet the values and philosophy of the organisation
o Ensuring that person centred approaches is at the centre of service user support.
o Supporting, guiding and empowering Managers of services to deliver high quality support to service users
o Providing leadership and direction to Managers
o Working proactively other colleagues and the Regional Director to establish and maintain a corporate approach in the delivery of services
o Ensuring that services remain within allocated budgets, including providing training and guidance to Managers as required
o Developing effective and meaningful user involvement processes within services and the organisation
o Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders
o Representing the organisation externally
o Managing and delivering changes required by the organisation
o Keeping up to date with professional knowledge about the social care sector, especially service for people with learning disabilities and mental health support needs
o Implementing the organisations quality assurance framework for support services within the organisation
