Operations Manager (Recruitment) for a growing recruitment consultancy working in the Technical Engineering arena.

Brief:
Experienced man manager with a history of growing and mentoring recruitment teams. Established business with key PSL business married to exceptional managed agency services requires a strong leader of people to drive the business forward.

Company:

Built on the back of one of the largest engineering consultancies in the world this Company has started to spread its wings into major project based recruitment in Engineering, Rail and civil engineering. A dynamic, technology led business that has developed a sister company with intelligent internet based recruitment software.


Role:
Focussed on growing and developing teams, this role with have some sales input in assisting the dedicated sales team when presenting to core clients. The majority of the role is office based looking after 14 consultants of varying skill levels and working through appraisals, training and development and one on one mentoring.
Growing the team over the next 6 – 12 months to 20+
Would suit an established operational manager from a recruitment background, discipline not too important but would prefer a specialist or technical bent.

Salary and Benefits:
Negotiable, paying around £40K with a car allowance. Bonus and share option scheme
