Key Objectives:
Introduce FlexSelect to existing credit card customers
To ascertain customer needs using effective questioning and listening skills
To match features and benefits to customer needs
To sell the benefits and features of FlexSelect
To deliver an exceptionally high quality service as the face of American express.
Call Flow:
Contact decision maker to introduce FlexSelect using needs based questioning
Give full and accurate information of product features and benefits
Engage prospect into enrolment of FlexSelect
Targets:
Effective calls per hour 10
Contact Rate 40%.
Conversion Rate 50%
Cost per Conversion - £TBC
Recruitment requirements:
Require Business to consumer sales experience. Other requirements include Persuasion Skills, Listening Skills, Assertiveness, Excellent communication skills, Team Player, previous sales experience.
