Job Description
Our West End client within the education sector is looking to recruit a P.A to support the Governance team for a fixed term contract commencing in April.
Duties will include diary management for the manager, travel arrangements, prepare and produce minutes, arranging training events, manage a programme marketing stand at major national educational events, co-ordinate conferences along with full secretarial duties.
The successful candidate will be ideally educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated candidate who is extremely well organised with excellent communication skills, a real team player with a friendly and helpful disposition who has a good sense of humour!
