Job Description
Local Authority based in South London is currently seeking. An experienced Parking Operational Manager. You will be required to contribute to the implementation and setting up of operational objectives and targets. To ensure that available resources are best deployed to meet the service objectives. You will be working towards achieving the individual and collective targets for the team. The successful candidate will have previous customer serves experience and be able to deal with complaints. It is also imperative that you have previous monitoring and appraisal experience.
Main Duties.
To ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the contract,
That the key performance indicators are met, including any continuous improvement objectives.
To supervise support officers in the provision of contracts administration, monitoring, management and enforcement services
To contribute to the implementation and setting up of operational objectives and targets to ensure that available resources are best deployed to meet the service objectives and standards.
Lead, develop and co -ordinate project teams from inception to completion, an all contract projects, to achieve client and business unit project aims and objectives.
Monitor providers against their contracts.
Support operational staff to monitor providers against their contracts.
To gather and analyze the key monitoring data based on the core set of performance indicators set out in the contract
To ensure an effective benchmark in terms of cost and service delivery.
Personal Specification.
2 years parking management experience essential.
Customer service experience
Able to monitor and give appraisals
Ability to draft contracts
Must be a team player.
Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
