Hours: 4 possibly 5 hours per day (actual amount to be confirmed)
Rate: £13-14 per hour
Description:
Our client is looking for a Training Administrator to support the Training Support Office Manager on a part time basis the role is based in Yorkshire. The hours are likely to be 4-5 hours per day (actual amount to be confirmed).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of the online training catalogue as and when new training content is approved
Creation and maintenance of the training section of the Policies and Procedures manual
Maintenance of the training course schedule
Handling of enrolments for training courses
Scheduling and booking training facilities
Issuing course joining instructions
Creation and maintenance of a course evaluation process (feedback forms to assess the effectiveness of the course, analysis and reporting)
Collation and reporting on the output of the ongoing training needs analysis and the analysis of end of course questionnaires
Maintenance of training records (in a format that can be loaded into the Authority e-HR system and that can be accessed via the Help Desk system).
