Personal Assistant required for a Director of a very prestigious Architectural practice.
Job Description includes:
Typing technical specifications, dealing with multi documents, information collation, diary management, organising meetings, organising travel arrangements, collating all sales calls that are sent direct. The Director travels to the far east frequently and needs photographs and information collated 'just so'.
The position requires somebody who does not get flustered, A level qualified preferred. At least 3 years experience in a similar role required. A technical/architectural background prefered.
