PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Duties include answering telephone queries, taking messages.
Minute taking during meetings, diary management, travel arrangements, dealing with external clients with a good level of customer service, audio and copy typing.
General administrative duties, as well as filing and archiving are required.
Candidates must have a understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent telephone manner is essential and good customer service experience is required.
