Job Description
PRE-DEPARTURE CUSTOMER SERVICE - South West London - £14-15K
This up market tour operator based in South West London are looking for a Pre-Departure Customer Service agent.
This role will entail calling and dealing with any customers pre-departure queries providing excellent customer service, also advising of any changes and making the relevant amendments on the system. Also completing any administration duties and assisting with any reservation overflow phone calls.
For this role it's essential that you have excellent customer service skills and it would be beneficial if you've dealt previously with pre-departure queries.
