Job Description
Our client is looking for a strong commercially minded individual to manage their Yield & Pricing function. Reporting into the Head of Yield, you will have a minimum 3 years experience working for a tour operator within a yield/commercial environment. Your remit will be to maximise yield whilst returning excellent load factors across their tour operating brands, ensuring that bed to seat ratios are balanced and your stock is competitively priced. You will maximise the programme profitability and minimise financial risk, through market and competitor insight, brochure pricing, inhouse/direct/web/ 3rd party promotions, fluid pricing, accommodation only, seat sales or other means, and to direct pricing strategy for these methods accordingly. This is a senior commercial role and will suit a senior yield manager who can communicate at senior level and make critical decisions in a fast-moving trading environment.
