Excellent opportunity to join the busy bridge engineering team in York. The role of Principal Engineer is a key appointment in the team and you will act as the focal point for any design issues, providing guidance and mentoring to other members of the team.
Working in support of the Associate you will assume project management responsibility for a wide range of projects in both the rail and highways sector.
Current projects include a major viaduct scheme where you will be required to draw on your strong technical knowledge, people management skills and ability to co-ordinate resources to ensure this project is delivered within time and budget.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Ideally Chartered you will have gained a diverse range of bridge engineering experience. Applications are welcome from those with rail and / or highways experience.
