Principal Engineer required to lead a design team working on major infrastructure and urban regeneration schemes.

Joining one of our clients key teams in the North of England you will provide technical guidance to the team in delivering design specifications. You will be responsible for producing contract documents, accurate specifications and assisting in bid preparation.

Current schemes / clients include:

- MediaCity - high-tech media park in Manchester
- Dublin Port – development of surrounding port infrastructure
- English Partnerships – several schemes across Northern England
- UK Coal – several schemes to develop old colliery sites – seen as major growth area

Qualifications/Skills Required

Candidates for this role will be Chartered Civil Engineers with previous infrastructure (highways / drainage) experience.

You will be comfortable supervising staff and will be well organised allowing you to effectively manage a busy workload. Keen to progress your career with a recognised consultancy you will have a positive outlook on developing the business and will be confident in a project management role.
