Job Description

This Principal/Senior role requires a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and is aimed at strengthening the technical base of our EIA team at our Hemel office and diversifying the client base.

The post holder would manage major planning applications/EIAs and play a significant role in management/mentoring of the 7 strong EIA team.

The post-holder would provide high level technical advice to clients, manage large planning/EIA projects and review reports.

The post-holder would also be expected to help grow the client base of the Hemel team through focussed marketing.

Experience of housing, energy or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.

Applicants would be expected to have a degree in Town Planning or substantial knowledge of planning legislation and best practice and a track record in managing planning/EIA projects.
